1 small onion, peeled and
chopped
2 cloves of garlic, peeled
and chopped

(400g) tin of tomatoes

watch the pan start bubbling, then lower the heat and simmer for a while

Heat the oil in a saucepan, then fry the onions
and garlic for 5 minutes or until they have softened. Add the other ingredients
and cook for 15-20 minutes. Whilst the sauce is cooking prepare the spaghetti
according to the instructions on the packet. When the sauce is cooked
pour into a blender and give it a whizz.
Drain the pasta and mix thoroughly with the sauce. Grated parmesan can be sprinkled on top if required. |
